Consent to retrieve your credit report
I consent to Abantu Debt Solutions (Pty) Ltd, an authorised user of Datanamix Credit Bureau, using my South African ID number to retrieve and process my credit information for the purpose of providing my free credit assessment and related credit wellness services. This consent is given in accordance with POPIA and the National Credit Act, 2005. I may withdraw consent in writing to support@thrivesa.co.za.
What we do with your information
Your ID number is used once to retrieve your credit report and is then permanently deleted from the order. Your report and the information we derive from it are used only to prepare and deliver your credit assessment and related platform services to you. Your data is never sold.
The enquiry on your report
This is a consumer-initiated (soft) enquiry. It does not affect your credit score and is not visible to lenders as a credit application.
Cost
The Thrive Check and your Thrive Score are free. Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. Where you enter into a paid service or membership with Thrive, the applicable fees and payment terms will be disclosed and agreed with you during the onboarding process and recorded in the applicable agreement or debit-order mandate.
What this service is not
The assessment and related information are educational and informational in nature. They are not legal, financial or credit advice, and Thrive SA does not guarantee any change to your credit score, the outcome of any credit application, or the removal of any information from your credit report. Your credit bureau remains the authoritative source of your credit record.
